Professional learning needs may be identified through statewide trends, data reviews, monitoring or general supervision activities, and/or a change in policy or procedures. Topical asynchronous learning modules are online learning materials. This enables states or districts to provide flexible participation options to accommodate unique differences in participants schedules, ensure consistent messaging, conduct knowledge checks, and access module data to track completion.
